Community Hub
The Bass Hill Public School Community Hub is a safe and welcoming place to meet new friends and make connections while providing endless opportunities for you and our local community. These opportunities include:
- Formal training / courses from TAFE or College
- Informal sessions like parenting workshops, cooking classes, English classes and excursions
- Links to support services like mental health and financial assistance
- A chance to unwind and chat!
The Community Hub is also a space where we encourage you to bring your own ideas and recommendations of what you would like to see happen in the Community Hub.

Playgroup and Cert IV School Based Education Support
Playgroup
Join us for supported Playgroup with Play2Learn at Bass Hill Public School.
All families are welcome. Play2Learn is a safe, non-judgemental entry point for you and your children, aged 0 to 5, and provides you with a dedicated place to focus on your child’s learning each week without experiencing any of life’s interruptions.
The group is held every Monday during school terms from 9.15am -11.00am commencing at Week 2. Please enter using the main pedestrian gate and come to the Community Hub building.
